Another good way to try zen meditation is to take a free introductory lesson, (every first Sunday of the month).

Every first Sunday of the month at 10:00 we give a free introduction at the dojo. The introduction is given by an experienced zen practitioner and lasts about 40 minutes. This is followed directly by a session of zazen (zen meditation). The session ends at 12.30.
Bring loose fitting clothes. After the end of zazen, there is an opportunity to put questions. From then on you are welcome to practice in the dojo.
