Short Introduction to Zen Meditation

A good way to start zen meditation is to take a free introductory lesson.

Every Sunday morning at 10:00 will be given a free introduction at the Zen Dojo Amsterdam by an experienced Zen practitioner. You get an introduction about 50 minutes. After this directly follows a session zazen. The session ends at 12.30.

You do not you need to sign up. Come 10 minutes before and bring loose clothes. After the end of zazen, there is an opportunity to put questions. From then on you are welcome to practice in the dojo.
