Short Introduction to Zen Meditation

A good way to start zen meditation is to take a free introductory lesson.

Please reserve in advance by sending us an e-mail,

On Sunday mornings at 10:00 we give a free introduction at the dojo. The introduction is given by an experienced zen practitioner and lasts about 40 minutes. This is followed directly by a session of zazen (zen meditation). The session ends at 12.30.

Bring loose fitting clothes. After the end of zazen, there is an opportunity to put questions. From then on you are welcome to practice in the dojo.
